This brief intake helps Brent and Erin understand each of you individually before your first conversation together. Your responses provide valuable context and often reveal perspectives that might otherwise go unheard.
Before You Begin
Please read these instructions before completing the form.
Each spouse should complete and submit their own form separately.
- Complete the questions independently without discussing your answers beforehand.
- Answer as honestly as you can. There are no right or wrong responses.
- Your spouse will not see your answers before your conversation with Brent and Erin.
- Most couples finish in about 10–15 minutes.
This is not a test or an application for approval. It’s simply the first step in helping us understand your story and discern whether a Tentmakers intensive or coaching engagement is the right next step.
What happens next.
Brent and Erin read every application themselves. No assistant, no auto-responder, no intake team. Just two people who take this seriously sitting down with what you wrote.
If it feels like a fit, they will reach out within a few days to start a conversation. If the timing is not right or the season does not align, they will tell you that honestly too. Either way, you will hear from them directly.
