From Rebuilding Mode to Expanding Mission

Ben Bennett
Founder & Executive Director, Resolution Movement
“Multiple colleagues, including fellow board members and ministry leaders, have remarked that they’ve noticed a significant shift in my leadership since working with Tentmakers. I’ve gained greater clarity around my gifting, calling, and the unique direction of our ministry. Tentmakers has a rare ability to challenge and sharpen leaders in ways that produce both clarity and conviction.”
Ben Bennett, Resolution Movement
THE STARTING POINT:
When Ben came to Tentmakers, Resolution Movement was in a transitional season. The ministry had strong vision and growing influence, but Ben was navigating how to rebuild key infrastructure and clarify the next stage of growth. He needed a real strategic partner. Ben engaged with Tentmakers during one of the most pivotal seasons in his ministry’s history and came out the other side with momentum, clarity, and a foundation built to last.
WHAT CHANGED:
VISION & DIRECTION
Took the time to step back and re-evaluate the long-term vision of Resolution Movement from the ground up, rebuilding with intention rather than just pushing forward.

That’s what Tentmakers is here to do.

From Running in Every Direction to Building with Clarity and Confidence

Josh & Aurielle Lindblom
Founders, Co-Mission | Congruency
"We were active, we were passionate, and we were exhausted. Brent and Erin helped us slow down long enough to see what we were actually building — and gave us the confidence and accountability to keep building it. They have been trusted voices in a season that could have easily become noise."
Josh & Aurielle Lindblom
THE STARTING POINT:
When Josh and Aurielle came to Tentmakers, the problem wasn’t effort, it was focus. They were simultaneously building two mission-driven ventures: Co-Mission, a marriage and relationship coaching brand targeting high-pressure couples and athletes, and Aurielle’s digital content and social platform. Both had real vision and real traction. And both were pulling in different directions.
Josh and Aurielle weren’t lacking calling. They were lacking clarity on which thing deserved their primary time and energy, and they lacked the accountability structure to execute with intention rather than just intensity. Their default mode was to run fast and build hard. The risk was burnout and a lot of activity that didn’t compound into anything.
They needed a strategic partner who could see the whole picture, name the tension, and help them move forward with purpose.
WHAT CHANGED:
FOCUS & CLARITY
Worked through the hard but necessary question of what is the thing, helping Josh and Aurielle stop spreading effort across every idea and start building with intentional sequence and priority. What emerged was a clearer lane for Co-Mission and a more grounded strategy for Aurielle's social platform that fit the broader mission.
PACE & SUSTAINABILITY
One of the most significant shifts wasn't speed, it was rhythm. Brent and Erin helped Josh and Aurielle recognize the pace they were actually built for, even when it felt slower than they wanted. That recalibration made the work more sustainable and the progress more real.
ACCOUNTABILITY & MOMENTUM
Building a business and stewarding a ministry can be deeply isolating. Tentmakers provided consistent, honest accountability through a critical season of early development, keeping Josh and Aurielle focused on revenue generation, mission clarity, and forward momentum when the pull of everything else threatened to derail it.
CO-MISSION INFRASTRUCTURE
Made meaningful progress on the foundational elements of Co-Mission that are easy to overlook when moving fast. This included resource development, coaching frameworks, client onboarding systems, and brand voice development. These aren't just content pieces, they are the infrastructure a coaching brand needs to grow.
CONTENT & AUDIENCE DEVELOPMENT
Launched consistent marriage-focused content under the Co-Mission brand, including lead-generating assets and an Instagram content strategy designed to build trust with couples, especially athletes and high-pressure leaders, before asking for any commitment.
NETWORK & KEY RELATIONSHIPS
Brent and Erin connected Josh and Aurielle with key people who helped accelerate growth in areas that would have taken far longer to navigate alone - from brand credibility to ministry relationships to foundational business elements that often get overlooked when you're heads-down building.
CONFIDENCE IN THE CALLING
Perhaps the most significant outcome was internal. Josh and Aurielle came in wrestling with real doubt and insecurity about whether this was the thing they were meant to do. They came out the other side with resolve. Not the absence of fear, but the confidence to keep moving forward through it.
THE RESULT:
Co-Mission has a stronger foundation, clearer messaging, real infrastructure, and a growing audience of couples who need exactly what they’re building. Josh and Aurielle have something they didn’t fully have before: the confidence and the pace to build something that lasts.
