Josh and Aurielle were not lacking calling. They were lacking focus. They were simultaneously building two mission-driven ventures: Co-Mission, a marriage and relationship coaching brand targeting high-pressure couples and athletes, and Aurielle’s digital content and social platform. Both had real vision. Both had real traction. And both were pulling in different directions.
They were running hard. They were doing too many things. And the risk of burnout was not hypothetical. It was close. They needed someone who could see the whole picture, name the tension clearly, and help them move forward with purpose.

THE STARTING POINT:
Resolution Movement was reaching millions of people. The mission was working. But behind the scenes, the systems, the fundraising, and the long-term infrastructure were not keeping up. Ben was carrying too much on his own shoulders, making decisions in isolation, and running fast without a foundation built to last. He knew he needed outside eyes. He did not know where to find them.
He heard about Tentmakers from another faith-based leader.
